About the Journal

The key value for "Humanities and Cultural Studies" is polyphony. Our journal is meant to be a platform for communication between various research areas, methodologies and cultural perspectives, a platform to combine languages and discourses but also all research topics within the humanities. We publish articles on language and literature of individual cultures, presenting research from those disciplines as well as other disciplines related to culture and arts. The authors are academics and professionals from Poland and abroad representing both institutions of higher education and other research centres. The Editorial Board includes academics representing Literary Studies, Linguistics, History, Fine Arts and Pedagogy.

Our Journal is an open access journal. The articles that have been reviewed and accepted receive upon acceptance a digital object identifier (DOI) and are published on-line. Submission is not time-restricted and there is no publication fee.
