Madness in the Madwoman of Chaillot by Jean Giraudoux allows the author to present a simple story of saving the world by a madwoman with a serious and important message. It concerns the threats of the contemporary world to the author, but also to ours, in which gigantic consumption and disrespect for nature lead straight to a great catastrophe.
