Prof. Agnieszka Jankowicz-Szymańska, PhD
Agnieszka Jankowicz-Szymańska – PhD, university professor, certified physiotherapist, and sports instructor for people with disabilities. For many years, she has been actively involved in the development of scientific research in the fields of physiotherapy, health promotion, functional diagnostics, and the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders. She combines clinical, teaching, and research experience, focusing on promoting evidence-based practice.
As a thematic editor, she pays particular attention to the methodological quality of publications, the accuracy of statistical analyses, and the practical significance of research results for the medical and physiotherapy communities. She is particularly interested in research projects concerning postural hygiene, postural defects, functional therapy, physical activity, and quality of life in various patient groups.
She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications, both nationally and internationally, and a participant in research projects conducted in collaboration with academic centers in Poland and abroad. Through her editorial work, she supports the development of young scientists, promoting scientific integrity, transparent presentation of results, and a high level of substantive content. As a thematic editor, he strives to create a space conducive to the exchange of knowledge between science and clinical practice, with particular emphasis on modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods and an interdisciplinary approach to health promotion and physical activity.
