Aneta Teległów

Aneta Teległów – PhD in Medical Sciences (Faculty of Medicine, Jagiellonian University Medical College),  Habilitation  in Physical Culture Sciences (University of Physical Education in Krakow).

 Professor at the University of Physical Culture in Krakow, Poland (Head of the Deaprtment of Health Promotion, Head of the Blood Physiology Laboratory, Deputy Director of the Institute of Fundamental Sciences) and professor at the Department of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences in Tarnow, Poland).

 Polish scientist specializing in sports hematology, blood physiology,  and biomedical sciences. Her research interests focus on: the impact of  physical exercise at low temperatures on changes in rheological and  biochemical blood indices, the physiological and psychological benefits  of cold water bathing, the impact of extremely low temperatures, and  hemorheology. Co-author of the textbook "Sports Hematology" published by  PZWL.

Scientific Society Memberships: Nordic Rheology Society, European Society of Rheology, Polish Society of Laboratory Diagnostics. Supervisor and reviewer of multiple research papers focusing on physical exercise and cold environments. Active participant in numerous scientific conferences: Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Lapland, Japan, Germany, Greece, France, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland.

She is the author and co-author of over 100 scientific  publications (ORCID 0000-0001-5420-4779, ResearchGate, academia.edu).
