Prof. Aneta Bac, PhD

Aneta Bac – PhD in Physical Culture Sciences, professor at the AKF in Krakow, master's degree in movement rehabilitation, and certified occupational therapy teacher. Academic instructor in orthopedic physiotherapy, occupational therapy in orthopedics, and environmental ergonomics. Author of numerous scientific publications in the field of physiotherapy and occupational therapy, as well as presentations on physiotherapy and occupational therapy at national and international conferences. Author and co-author of textbooks and chapters in textbooks on physiotherapy and occupational therapy, including Physiotherapy for Foot and Ankle Dysfunctions, Diagnostics of the Musculoskeletal System in Physiotherapy, Volumes I and II, Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy for Musculoskeletal Dysfunctions, Ergonomics and Adaptation in Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapy in Geriatrics, and Occupational Therapy for People with Intellectual Disabilities. A long-time lecturer at postgraduate studies for physicians entitled "Pain Medicine" and at specialization courses for physicians. A member of the Polish Rehabilitation Society, co-founder and president of the Polish Occupational Therapy Association, and director of the Institute of Applied Sciences at the Faculty of Movement Rehabilitation at the AKF in Kraków, she gained her professional experience in collaboration with domestic and international institutions, including Belgium, Finland, and Italy, and has also completed numerous courses in orthopedic physiotherapy.
